A Wedding designer excels at a visual presentation of your event and creating the overall cohesive look from start to finish. They can help you with all the aesthetic and creative decisions. This includes floor plans, lighting design, stationery, (Save the Dates, Invitations, Menu Cards, Programs, Escort Cards, etc.) rental selection (china, glassware, etc) invitation design, just to name a few.

  • Provide Cohesive Wedding Design Proposal 
  • Provide Color Palette Guidance
  • Oversee decor budget 
  • Assist in sourcing decor items
  • Create detailed floor plan(s)
  • Ensure proper set-up of decor on day of wedding (up to 3 hours on wedding day)
  • Venue walk-thru before wedding day
  • Two (2) in-person planning and logistics meetings (if additional meetings needed or requested, additional time will be billed at the hourly rate) 
  • Unlimited communication via email, text and phone regarding desgin and day-of detals
